WashingtonFilmWorks Incentive Recipients:
In order to
recognize the accountability and effectiveness of tax
policy, the legislature requires that each production
receiving funding assistance from WashingtonFilmWorks
shall report information to the Washington
State Film Office
through the Production Survey.
WashingtonFilmWorks
shall ensure that no funds are disbursed
until all
answers are
provided for the survey, which is linked
