Vast tulip, iris, and daffodil fields can be found in the Skagit Valley near the town of Mount Vernon, 62 miles north of Seattle, and in the Puyallup Valley and in the city of Puyallup, 32 miles south of Seattle. Flowers bloom in late April and early May.

The colorful wildflower fields at Hurricane Ridge, Mount Rainier, and Mount Baker bloom from late August through September.
