Admiralty Head (Fort Casey)

Located near Coupeville on Whidbey Island at Fort Casey State Park. It was built in 1897 and has automatic operation.

Alki Point

Located in west Seattle. It has a white, octagonal tower attached to a building at end of the point. It was built in 1918 and has automatic operation. Resident USCG personnel.

Browns Point

Located in Tacoma, off Marine View Drive. It consists of a small house, an old 2-story frame tower, and the present-day lighthouse. Built in 1903.

Burrows Island

Located southwest of Fidalgo Island. It was built in 1906. It has a white, square tower on a building at the western tip of the island. It has automatic operation and is accessible only by boat.

Bush Point

Located on the west side of Holmes Harbor on Whidbey Island. It was built in 1933. It has a solid, concrete pillbox with lantern and has automatic operation.

Cape Disappointment

Located at the Coast Guard Station, south of Ilwaco, at the mouth of the Columbia River. It was built in 1856 and is the oldest operating lighthouse in the state. It is a white, conical 53 ft. tower, which sits high atop a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Cape Flattery

Located on the Pacific Coast near Neah Bay in northwest Washington. It was built in 1857. Its white, conical tower is dramatically perched on rugged, rural Tatoosh Island and gives it a spectacular setting. Limited access by boat.

Destruction Island

Located north of Kalaloch on the Pacific Coast. It was built in 1891, has limited boat access, and has automatic operation.

Grays Harbor

Located near Westport on the seaward side of Point Chehalis. Built in 1898, it is the state's tallest (107 ft.) lighthouse with a white, octagonal, pyramidal tower. It has automatic operation.

Lime Kiln

Located on the west side of San Juan Island. It was built in 1914. It has a white, octagonal tower on a fog-signal building. It has automatic operation and is accessible by boat.

Marrowstone Point

Located at the northeast end of Marrowstone Island, east of Port Townsend. It was built in 1918. It is a white, square structure with automatic operation.

Mukilteo

Located next to the Whidbey Island ferry landing in Mukilteo. It was built in 1906. It has a white, square tower and has automatic operation.

New Dungeness

Located on Dungeness Spit, north of Sequim, on the Olympic Peninsula. It was built in 1927. It is a white, conical tower that is accessible by boat and has automatic operation.

North Head

Located near Ilwaco on the west point of North Head. It was built in 1898 and is 65 ft. tall.

Patos Island

Located at the northwest end of Patos Island in the San Juan Islands. It was built in 1908. It is a white, square tower set on a fog-signal house. It is accessible by boat and has automatic operation.

Point No Point

Located in Hansville in Kitsap county. It was built in 1880. It has a white tower and automatic operation.

Point Robinson

Located at the east end of Maury Island, which adjoins Vashon Island, across the Puget Sound from Seattle. It was built in 1915. It has a white, octagonal tower and has automatic operation.

Point Wilson (Fort Worden)

Located in Port Townsend at the end of a spit. It was built in 1900. USCG personnel are on site, although it has automatic operation.

Slip Point

Located on the east side of Clallam Bay on the Olympic Peninsula. It was built in 1951. It is a white, square tower on a pile structure and has automatic operation.

Smith Island

Located in Rosario Strait in the San Juan Islands. It is accessible by boat only with permission from US National Fish and Wildlife Service.

Turn Point

Located at the northwest point of Stuart Island in the San Juan Islands. It was built in 1936. It has a white, concrete tower; is accessible by boat; and has automatic operation.

West Point (Fort Lawton)

Located in Seattle, at Discovery Park. It overlooks Puget Sound. It was built in 1901. It has a white, square tower and is used often by filmmakers. There is a large parking area for trucks and equipment. Resident USCG personnel are on-site.
