About this item

  • Need Plantar fasciitis relief? Samurai Insoles Ninjas are a 3/4 length polypropylene (plastic) arch support with zero foam cushioning to wear out, smell, or get wet.
  • Simply insert Samurai Insoles Ninjas orthotic inserts under your shoes factory insoles to supercharge your shoe's supportiveness.
  • Samurai Insoles Ninjas support the arch in a comfortable way, and may even address the root cause of plantar fasciitis, shins splints, neuromas, tendonitis for many people. Most other plantar fasciitis insoles are simply an expensive cushion with little support.
  • Podiatrist designed, state-of-the-art orthotic laboratory made, right here in the USA.
  • Please note: Samurai Insoles are not compatible with all shoes. Samurai Insoles Ninjas are NOT compatible with shoes that do not have a removable factory insole. Samurai Insoles Ninjas are plastic arch supports with no foam or cushioning present. The product is 3/4 length, not a full length insole. Samurai Insoles Ninjas must be placed underneath a shoe's already present insole to be effective and comfortable. Providing comfortable arch support may provide relief from many common types of foot discomfort, including plantar fasciitis, for many people, but not necessarily everyone.

I've been struggling and struggling to find 3/4 length arch supports. The prior Ninja's never worked. I finally realized that they might be too small. I just ordered a size larger. Wow! They feel so much better...and then I realized that the Ninja yellow sticker on the bottom was intentionally covering the European shoe size. Um, why did Ninja sell me a EU 37 for a size 8.5 Women's? I have reliably been a EU 39. So, now that I've ordered Ninja women's size 9-9.5, I get an EU 38. I wonder what it takes to get an EU 39? Regardless, getting the larger size is soo much more comfortable and hopefully will alleviate the foot cramps I get when wearing the too small-sized supports in my flat ankle boots.

I walk 6.5 miles/day as a mail carrier. My shoes were old and my left heal was hurting for a month before I purchased this item. After installing them (easy to do) in my old shoes, I was happy to feel 80% better immediately. A week later, I still feel some pain, but it hasn't gotten worse sense it has gotten better.

Every shoe is different, and I have found no one iteration of any of these products works universally for all of my shoes. For instance, if you have insoles glued in, these obviously won't work. Also, some shoes have thin insoles and rely on the sole of the shoe for the bulk of shock absorption while other shoes offer a more substantially padded insole. Because these inserts are hard plastic, a well-padded insole will be considerably more comfortable. They will feel mildly uncomfortable, like you feel when you're stretching sore muscles, because that is what needs to happen to heal up; you need to stretch these soft tissues. But, I find that I can wear these all day, and my feet don't become fatigued. Also, if you spend any time on a ladder, the hard plastic shank does wonders for keeping feet from becoming fatigued. The 3/4-length design means that you don't have to try to cut them to fit your size of shoe. The little Velcro pads mean that the insole NEVER slips out of place. I now have two sets of these; one for a pair of Addidas athletic shoes and one for a pair of Columbia hiking shoes. Both are well suited to these insole inserts.

I have flat feet, especially my left foot. Over the past several months, it had gotten so bad that my left heel had completely locked up on me. Massages and heat just weren’t doing the job. So I took a chance on these podiatrist- designed supports. They are absolutely magnificent! My ankle stopped bothering me about two minutes after I had put these into my shoes. OMGOSH, I freakin’ LOVE Amazon (and no, I have no affiliation with them!!) I “almost always” find EXACTLY what I need with minimal effort.

I have had the very UNfortunate experience of enduring the AWFUL, INTENSE PAIN that accompanies the heel of the foot from having plantar fasciitis. Twice. Almost three times- if it weren’t for these Samurai Insoles Ninja inserts. If you’ve never experienced plantar fasciitis then you won’t be able to fully comprehend how debilitating the stabbing pain can become- literally, physically it can bring you to a crawl. If you have had plantar fasciitis then you wouldn’t wish this kind of excruciating pain on your worst enemy - - OK…OK…maybe your “worst” enemy.

Anywho, so having plantar fasciitis is horrible. The only positive, if you want to call it that, which comes to mind from having suffered through plantar fasciitis is that you can almost immediately recognize the onset of another bout, should you be unfortunate to get one. And that is precisely where these Samurai Insoles Ninja inserts helped in my case. I had, admittedly, forgotten my Podiatrists instructions to avoid walking barefoot, even inside my own home due to the lack of arch support my feet have, which is what triggers my feet issues (NOTE: different Dr’s & Podiatrist’s prescribe different treatments - some suggest wearing shoes all day long, while others recommend being barefooted, so follow whatever instructions your own Podiatrist or Healthcare advisor gives you), and within about a 2.5 weeks timeframe of going shoeless I woke up one morning and felt the ever so slight, but VERY familiar, pain of plantar fasciitis. Instantly I threw my shoes on and wore them the next two days ‘round the clock, hoping I could reverse, or at least halt, PF onset in its tracks before getting worse. Thankfully it didn’t seem to be getting worse, buuuut I also noticed that it wasn’t getting any better either. *My heel still hurt* I jumped on Amazon, ordered these Samurai Insoles Ninja inserts, IMMEDIATELY put them in my most commonly worn shoes (my ASICS), and wore them non-stop all waking hours. Still do. After putting these in my shoes and wearing them daily, along with doing exercises to strengthen my calves, I - literally - kid you not, felt NOTICEABLE improvement within TWO DAYS!! After following this routine (inserts + calf stretches) just shy of two weeks, I DID NOT HAVE ANY FEET PAIN, whatsoever, not even the slightest hint of PF, nor any other foot strain in either feet. In fact, even though all feet pain is gone, I have not removed these inserts. They remain in my shoes still today, three months after purchasing.

If you fear you have plantar fasciitis, I STRONGLY recommend these Samurai Insoles Ninja inserts to help ease or reverse inflammation and pain. To speed up your recovery I also highly suggest the Vive Foot Rocker, which I used in conjunction with wearing these Samurai Ninja inserts to accelerate the healing process. These Ninja insole inserts saved me time and money that I’m absolutely certain would’ve been spent seeing my Podiatrist.

So yeah, as I said in the title, they do work, that's the plus. The downside is that we all own more than one pair of shoes. Provided with the inserts are two sticky pads to hold them in place, thanks to this I am unable to move them from one pair to another without wearing out the sticky pads. So forget about the pads I did. It turns out that even without the pads the inserts are managing to stay in place anyway. They're a bit on the uncomfortable side but hey, you've gotta do what you've gotta do. Maybe a different brand would be better with a softer sole?

No no no. These killed my feet like no other. I have severe pain in my right foot due to plantar fascitis and whatever else is going on. The expensive prescription orthotics also killed my foot and made pain worse.
These can go under the foam insert but if that has any arch support that's going to cause the foot to hurt due to higher arch support than needed.
I gave these my best try but by the third day I was done. The pain in my foot was worse than when I started. It should mellow by the third day not worsen. If these were padded with a soft foam I think they'd be better, but as is they are like walking on a hard surface and for painful feet, that's not good.
I would never purchase these again, the cushy insoles always help my right foot for awhile they just break down fast. These, I couldn't even start them long enough.
If hard surfaces hurt your feet more I'd say these are not for you. If your feet are not bothered by hard surfaces, they may work for you. These types of products are subjective to the person. Just know they're super hard and not cushy at all. I returned mine after a few days.

The insoles were delivered on time and came with simple directions and some velcro in case they didn't stay in place. They fit into the shoes very easily and have added the support I needed. The price was reasonable. I'm very pleased with this item.

I bought these for my heel spur but it was such very hard plastic, that it only made my heel feel worse, so i returned it. After reading it properly i made the mistake of thinking that heel spur and fasciitis were the same and they are not. So id suggest to anyone wirh foot issues to really find out what your foot issues are before buying this product

I have worn them now for one week and the constant pain is virtually non-existent. I still get the occasional twinge or muscle spasms but overall I am impressed. I will be hopefully completely convinced once I try them out in a long walk and/or hike. However, one week in as a busy pre-school teacher, I am pleased.
